Stamping Jig

Description

This Stamping Jig is a letter guide to help you accurately punch each key into Seed Keys’ metal storage solutions. To use, simply place the letters from the punch set into the designated holes, and use a hammer to punch them into the keys.

3D printed for precision, this jig features markings to help you ensure the correct orientation of each key. The indications to differentiate between keys 1-12 (recto) and 13+ (verso) make it easier to avoid punching keys upside down.

The Stamping Jig is made from durable PLA material. But please note that the walls between the letter holes may be prone to breakage. To ensure the jig’s longevity, align the keys straight into the jig and avoid applying excessive pressure.

The letters may fit snugly into the holes at first, due to the 3D printing tolerances. If you encounter resistance when placing a letter the first time, use the hammer to gently tap it into place. This will help loosen the fit, making it easier to place subsequent letters.
