II. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after receiving payment, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or Thai public holidays.
Orders placed after 05:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) are processed the next business day.

Seed Keys offers two shipping methods to most destinations: Standard and Express. The carriers used for each method may vary depending on the country or region, but all options are carefully selected to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Due to international restrictions and logistical limitations, shipping is not available to countries currently at war or those with restricted access.
Additionally, some countries in Africa may not be eligible for shipping due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days for the package to be physically delivered to the carrier and scanned. As a result, the actual delivery date may be up to 3 days later than the estimated timeframe displayed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by factors such as weather, customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Seed Keys is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your package. You can use this tracking number on Fastship to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status of your package and be available to receive it upon delivery. If the package is returned to Seed Keys due to failure to receive or incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.
