B. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Seed Keys be liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to the use of its products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages for loss of use, interruption of business, or loss of business information

Seed Keys’ liability for damages or losses shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price paid by the customer for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

C. Exceptions

The limitations on liability set forth in this section shall not apply to damages or losses caused by Seed Keys’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
